Choose how
your pages travel.

Original mode keeps page text, vectors and annotations and does not aim to reduce size. Balanced and Smaller modes render pages as images to try to reduce file size. PDFReady compares the finished size with an original export of those same selected pages.

Compressed pages flatten searchable text, links and forms. No OCR is added. A target can be unattainable, and a small vector PDF can grow after compression. Keep signed originals and review the output in the recipient’s viewer.
